About
Franklin Park was carved out of a dilapidated Mechanic shop in 2007 a few blocks off Eastern Parkway and down the street from the Brooklyn Museum in crown heights. Originally meant to be a small relaxing place to enjoy the outdoor patio, the bar grew a year later as demand picked up and the neighborhood got thirsty. Franklin Park became a much larger version of itself after connecting to the garage next door and creating a multitude of atmospheres in one space with an outdoor beer garden and 2 bars to hop between along with giant televisions for important televised events and a full kitchen now to feed the masses. Over the past 15 years there have been many changes and different ideas flowing through the doors of Franklin Park. NYC and Crown heights have changed dramatically since the bars inception but we are still a part of it all. With quick access from the city and Williamsburg, Franklin Park has stayed a destination.
